The property is just 1/2 mile west of Highway 85. The first portion of the road is Old Highway 85, which is pavement. Then the road becomes a private gravel road that is shared with neighboring properties. The last portion is a two track trail that enters the south side of the property. This unmatched location is within a 30 to 45 minute drive of several Black Hills area towns including Newcastle, WY, Sundance, WY and Deadwood, SD.
