The property consists of 400 acres of pastureland on the plains of northeastern Wyoming. It’s located in hard-grass country southwest of Newcastle, Wyoming. At an elevation of 4,300 feet, the terrain consists of rolling prairie grasslands with long range views of the surrounding countryside.

Area big game includes antelope and mule deer. The property joins about a half section of State Land and it’s a 45-minute drive to the Black Hills National Forest, where recreation is unlimited.

Access and Location:
Darlington Road goes through the parcel with land lying on both sides of the road. From Highway 450 take Cheyenne River/Bruce Road for 6/10ths of a mile, then another 6/10ths of a mile on Darlington Road to the property.
