Access & Location:
Year round access is provided directly from Highway 85 with a paved highway approach already in place. The property also borders Mallo County Road on the south side.  A great location within commuting distance to several towns: 20 minute drive to Newcastle, 30 minutes to Sundance and 45 minutes to Deadwood.
